Stuck-a-duck

Saturday Leftover Day.

I has heard from veral sources that my favorite Dutch artist, Daan Jippes, had pencilled the Donald Duck newspaper strip for six months in 1988. So, this week I pulled a couple of samples, but there were none that seemed like his always recognisable work to me. Maybe someone more knowlegdeable than me can help me out.

    Ger: None of these are by Jippes. But search inducks/coa. There should be a list of dates making it easier to find Jippes run.

    Thanks!Gerben already mailed me there should be such a list (saying he thought Daan's work may have been done in 1988 but could hav been appearing later), but I didn't know where to look. I know there weren't by Daan, because his owrk always jmps out at me. But whose work would they be? Maybe inducks ill give me an answer.

    I had a look and inducks even gives samples. They also have Daan's 1982 Mickey Sundays which are even more of a treat. It seems Daan did Duck dailies and Sundays in 1986/87. I'll try to find and show some.
