    Wow! The art on this is so similar to some of the 'undergrounds' I remember as a kid!

    No kidding. It seemed to anticipate the underground style by two decades.

    How many other strips had a change of lead character and artist? Off the top of my head:

    Big Chief Wahoo (Elmer Woggon) > Steve Roper (William Overgard)
    Cynthia (Irv Novick) > Roger Lincoln (Milton Luros)
