Barry's always been one of my favorite comic artists, and I know how much you appreciate him too. Unfortunately, not many others seem to share this opinion.
I have almost completed a book about him, which also features exclusive interviews with his son and with several of his one-time collaborators.
So far no U.S. publishers have shown any interest in it. I'll keep trying, and if nothing happens, I'll resign myself and self-publish it here in Italy, although with Italian and English text.

I think in part it will depend on how much control you want over the book. I think someone like Craig Yoe might be persuaded to do a book with Barry comics material from the copyright free domain, with an exstended article by you as an excuse to include as much of the DC and Flash stuff as legally possible.
