Tuesday Comic Strip Day.
I have scanned a lot of cartoons by Reamer Keller from the start of his career in the late thirties into the sixties, which I will be showing you sometime soon. He is a popular cartoonist with a very inspiring loose style. His gags are sort of okay, which is probably what held him bak from bigger fame. In the early fifties, he tried his hand at a newspaper strip about a family of hillbillies. He straightened his style a bit, loosing his loose appeal. But what remained was unique as well.
