Sunday Al Williamson Day.
Today's Al Williams story is again written by Stan Le. Who allowed himself six pages to do it. As a result the characters are slightly more developed and the ending is slightly less of a twist... and of course, there are two more pages of Al Williamson's gogous art. He used a lot of his trademark panelless borders and there is some of his inventive croshatching as well. The rets of the inking is in a thin line, that makes his work sometimes look as John Severin's.
Wonderful splash! Definite Frezetta influences on page 6.
