Sunday Surprise Day.
It's been a while since I did a couple of Al Jaffee's Tall Tsles Sundays. But Recently I started cleaning my scans again and tehre is still a lot to go. I do noit have a complete set, but it certainly is the largest group of this excellent Sunday gag strip you can find anywhere on the web. More to come, I promise. Follow the link for the others.

Unsatisfied with the books that were done of Al Jaffee's excellent daily newspaper cartoon Tall Tales, I have started showing all of them here from the start. It ran from late 1958 to 1964 so doing them one month of the time gives me some time to go on, but at least you are seeing them all. Click on ht elink for more and enjoy.

I have shown many of Al Jaffee's Tall Tales in the ten years I have done this blog and many may have been shown twice. But I can't help clipping them and I still hope someone will one day collect all 300+ of them. And that's just the dailies.
