Hey hey hey

Tuesday Comic Strip Day.

I may have mentioned before that I am a much bigger fan of the Flintstones strip than the Yogi Bear strip, even though it seems to have been made by the same eam. Maybe it's just those brontosaurus washing machines I like. But since I have a whole stack of Yogi Bears next to my scanner and some people seem to like them so much, here are the first three Yogi Bear Sundays plus their announcement.

Ger Appeldorn,

I saw these materials on the Patrick Owsley's blog.

Ger Appeldorn,

There are some details about the three first Yogi Bear Sunday pages shown on this topic:

- The first and the third Yogi Bear Sunday pages bring a visual which reminds very much the Tony Rivera's primitive design, which was very seen on the Yogi Bear classical episodes which were being produced on that occasion. Still the first Yogi Bear Sunday page was mirrored on the Yogi Bear classical episode Do or Diet (written by Warren Foster).
- Now the second Yogi Bear Sunday page brings the Harvey Eisenberg's artwork on it.

Only to give a fixing:

- The first and the third Yogi Bear Sunday pages were drawn by Tony Rivera (who was very involved with the layouts of the Yogi's animated episodes from the classical Yogi Bear Show.
- The second Yogi Bear Sunday page was drawn by Gene Hazelton (and not by Harvey Eisenberg).
