Sunday Meskin Measures.
Unfortunately I have to skip the Vigilante story in Action Comics #65, but we jump to a good one in #66. I don't know if it is the better quality scan, but the new inker really makes Meskin's work shine here. According to the GCD the first name signing Joe is no one less than a young Joe Kubert, who also did the inking for #67.

Thanks, Jeff. I was already looking forward to the Kubert Zatara stories, which I will add in about half a year, when we get there... this was amazing, espescially since I was complaining about the inking by Charles Paris.
