A couple of weeks ago I showed a King Features crime serial with illustrations by Paul Norris. These were done for three or four years from 1947 to 1950, six days a week, a new story every week. Although Paul Norris illustrated most in the beginning, after two years a couple of new names show up, most famous of which is Edd Cartier. I got a lot more of those and will be showing them every now and then on mondays. The problem is, that even though they were made with an illustration a day not every paper used every illustartion every day. One reason I am quite sure about that is, that for this story I found a reprint in 1956, with illustrations on all of the installents. There are some in my collection I just want to go and have a look to find if I can't find them all.
