In today's stories from Young Romance #71 I am guessing we see Mort Meskin pencilling and inking as well. Although the inking is quit edark, the way most of George Roussos' inking over Meskin is, there are a couple of places I thonk Roussos would made it even dsrker. Also, most of the heavier lines are with the double stroke that Harry Mendrick identified as Meskin's rather than Roussos'. It remains an area where I change my mind every half year, but this is how it stands now.
