Thursday Story Strip Day.
Here are some more Howard the Duck strips, a comic series I genuinely liked when it originally appeared. The ones I showed earlier were from the start of the series, here we are deeper into the run, up to the point that the 'oriinal' artist Gene Colan (who did not create the character but was long associated with it's comic book version) was replaced. I have added some black and white Sundays so you can follow the story.

How Now Dear Duck
Thursday Story Strip Day.
Although longer runs of Steve Gerber and Gene Colan's newspaper strip version of Howard the Duck can be found online, I had never seen any Sundays. So here are a couple I scanned myself. As you can see, this intelligent and welldrawn strip was much more than the one note joke the movie made it out to be. By the way, I think Colan drew himself as a character in the first one.
