Sunday Meskin Measures.
After a week of rest we resume out regular Sunday programming. Today we have an all Mort Meskin Vigilante story from Action Comics, that reveals one of the thing I do not like about his work in this period. From time to time, as here, his work was a bit too light on the backgrounds, in my opinion. Once you start noticing it, it gets to be annoying that he almost never draws one or uses on of his trademark circle panels to limit the amount of decor necessary.
