Yesterday I showed stories from Dan DeCarlo's The Brain #1. In the same issue was another story, which I am showing here. Over at the CGD it has no attrubution, but my guess is, it's by Mell Casson. Of course, there were a lot of people doing this sort of Dennis the Menace knock-off, so I could be wrong.
