More Virgil Partch cartoons from Colier's. I have already done 1946 and 1947. After that, Partch served in the army for about two years and his contributions to Collier's and other magazines stop. But he returns, to contnue his run as one of the most (if not just the most) inventive csrtoonists of hijs generation.
