Face Time

Sunday Meskin Measures.

Here are the two Mort Meskin stories from Headline #72, where I have to note that the first one at some times looks as if it was pencilled by someone else. Especially in the faces.

Quite a bit of Meskin's work for Prize (including both of these stories) looks like it was done over Jack Kirby layouts...which would make sense since Simon & Kirby were packaging many of Prize's titles.

Ah, but when these issues were done Simon and Kirby were long gone. What I see here is something in the faces, especially towards the end.
