I don't know who inked this late Meskin story from Headline #71. It could be Meskin himself, but it seems to light for him even be trying. This looks more like Vic Donahue (although I know of no instances of him inking other's work). Meskin's normal simple faces seem to have been improved with haywork, trying to cerate some sort of depth.
