Honest To Godwin

Saturday Leftover Day.

Before he did his 'boy and a horse' strip Rusty Riley Frank Godwin was one of the illustrators for Liberty magazine. For their condensed vook section he provided a forst page and seven illustrations in his trademark oldfashioned linework style. Recently I found one I hadn't shown yet and I gathered all the previous ones form earlier in the blog. As you can see, I have been searching for the rightway to present them, intil settling into the two page format.

Beautiful inkwork—Love the way he indicated the swirling wind. All the compositions are so clear and read right away.

I like your web site very much. But I am troubled by your many many typos. It makes your site hard to read, and makes me wonder what you think you're doing. They should be easy enough to correct.

I just saw your comment again and I remember it really affected me. I hope it has gotten better, although it takes some effort for me. I am slightly dyslexic and have to rely on an autocorrector. Blogspot does provide one for the blog texts, which I have learned to use. But there is no one here in the answers, I am sorry. Reading back this text, I had to change two mistyped words.
