I have shared a lot of work by Milt Caniff and Noel Sickles Associated Press collegue Hank Chapman, from his magnificent political cartoons in the early forties, to his hilarious run on the late forties SUnday onle half page panel Things To Come and even from his later, more sedate political cartoons from the fifties to the sixties. In between all that he also did odds and ends for AP in the late thirties and forties, including this four part illustrated history of Babe Ruth. AP did several of these bonus features for papers subscribing to their package, using various staff artists.
