Monday Cartoon Day.
Today's contribution is not so much a series of cartoons as it is a cartoony comic strip, done by industry great Alex Toth for the shortlived DC satirical funny book Plop. It is in the style he developed for CarToons magazine in the mid-sixties, all of which have been reprinted in a book a couple of years back (and probably will be again in the new three book retrospective coming this year). This particular story probably won't be reprinted soon, unless DC decides to bring out a long overdue complete Showcase collection of Plop...
