Monday Cartoon Day.
Now here is a cartoon I wouldn't mind seeing collected. I have awhole month of it soemwhere upstairs, but that is in a bound volume of a newspaper and I wouldn't know how to scan that with my new A3 scanner (my old A4 could be turned upside down). This series was drawn by various artists, but at least one or two years that artst was George Herriman of Krazy Kat fame. I think it represents some of his best human cartooning work. Some selected samples have been reprinted in the forward to some of Fantasgraphics' Krazy Kat reprint books, but it just killes me that there are many more out there and I just can't seem to find them.
