A New Man

Tuesday total mess day.

DC's history is so rich and they have reprinted so much... and still there are little gems hidden. I don't believe I have ever seen these Alfred stories by Jerry Robinson. Was Robinson already influenced by Mort Mekin or did they fit together so well, they even looked alike before they worked together...?

thanks for sharing these!
These 4 pager stories without Batman probably were created to meet the requirements for 2nd class postage from the U.S. Post Office, as was the case of the Gyro Gearloose stories in Uncle Scrooge comics.

I've only ever seen one of those reprinted, I think, in a Seventies DC Giant. Such fun!

I give up, when were these stories published?

They are from Batman #32 and #34, which means they are pretty early.

Anyone help me find out when this came out?
