Friday Comic Book Day.
In the early fifties Pete Morisi was all over the place.Collectors wanting to create a full list of his work need deep pockets or lots of collaboration. It is one of the perks of the fact that more and more comics in public domain are becoming avaiable. That way we can come across the often small contributions by artists such as Morisi. Fellow dutch collector Ramon Schenk, who is a big fan of Morisi's later work, has told me he suspects Morisi had an agent going to all the different publishers, because it would not have been affordable to do that himself for all those one and two pagers he did. Here is a longer story he did for Quality's G.I. Combat. A publisher I had not previously associated him with.
