Television Funnies

Monday Cartoon Day.

I bought the first two collections of Bil Keane's Family Circle, but I found them nowhere near as funny as his 'other' feature, Channel Chuckles. Now if IDW wants to do a book of those...

Why do you spell his name with two Ls? Is Bil just a pen name, of sorts?

Yes, Keane spelled it Bil with one L, as did puppeteer Bil Baird. (When Baird removed that second L, gagwriter Tedd Pierce added an extra D to his own name.)
