Monday Cartoon Day.
Reamer Keller is one of those cartoonists that are not hard to find. From the early forties to deep into the fifties he was everywhere. Still, his style was nice and lively and his gags were unsophisticated but funny. Here are some of them I gathered over the year. His Sunday newspaper compendium of cartoons Friends of the Family was not as funny as his normal work (they seemed to be a dumping ground for unsold cartoons, like for most cartoonists who had such a feature), but I would love to see some color samples.
