Here is a short story by Ross Andru and Jack Abel for Atlas' Adventures Into Weird Worlds #27, which shows how willing Stan Lee was to let his artists and his writers experiment. This issue is one of a lot of Adventures Into Weird Worlds I am curently selling on Ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/151781969961?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649). I agree with the art spotters that the pencilling is probably done by Ross Andru. But it may also have been no more than story lay-out, since Abel clearly did the most of the work.
