From the same Philadelphia paper as my previous 1941 posts, here is another forgotten strip by a forgotten artist: Bif Baker by Henry Lee, a pseudonym for Henry Schlensker. After creating Bif Baker, he went on to become Roy Crane's assistant on 'Buz Sawyer' from 1946 and he continued the strip with Edwin Granberry from 1974 to 1983.
