Tuesday Comic Strip Day.
Yesterday I showed some cartoons, including a couple by George Crenshaw. One of his more succesful crreations on the comic page was Nubbin, a country boy version of Denis the menace. I believe it was done before he joined Hank Ketcham and his creative team in the sixties. Nubbin was also published in the Dutch weekly Pep and I always liked it. If not for the humor, then at least for the Ketchy art style.
